The Risk Register
A Risk Register is a living list of what could derail the project, each risk rated by likelihood and impact, with an owner and a response. It turns "things might go wrong" into a tracked, assigned list, so risks are managed on purpose instead of discovered at the worst possible moment.
Every project has risks. The difference between a managed project and a chaotic one is whether those risks are written down, owned, and reviewed, or left implicit until one lands.
Fifty1 builds and maintains a Risk Register on Initiate and keeps it live on the Fractional PM Retainer.
- How often is the register reviewed?
- On the Retainer, at your review cadence, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by tier. Risks change, so the register is a living document, not a one-time artifact.
All engagements are flat-fee, no hourly surprises.
