Fifty1How we work
Stakeholder management.
Stakeholder management is the work of keeping the people with a stake in a project informed, aligned, and committed, from the sponsor to the team to the groups affected downstream. Done well, it prevents the late surprises and shifting priorities that quietly derail delivery. It is a core part of every Fifty1 engagement.
Most project failures are not technical. They are human: a sponsor who was not kept close, a stakeholder whose concern was not surfaced until it was a blocker, a team that drifted from what leadership actually wanted.
Fifty1 builds a Stakeholder Register on Initiate and manages stakeholder communication continuously on the Retainer.
- How is this documented?
- In a Stakeholder Register: who the stakeholders are, what they care about, and how each should be kept engaged. It is built on Initiate and kept current on the Retainer.
All engagements are flat-fee, no hourly surprises.
