Reset is a two-phase engagement, diagnose first, then facilitate. We start with structured interviews with your sponsor and team members individually, review your project artifacts, and build an honest diagnostic of what actually went wrong and what is recoverable. Then we run a facilitated reset session that re-establishes scope, ownership, and commitments.
Scottsdale is home base. As part of the Phoenix metro, you can have Reset delivered in person, and remote delivery is always an option too.
- Sponsor interview (60 min)
- Individual team member interviews (30 min each)
- Diagnostic Report, what went wrong and what is recoverable
- Facilitated reset session (half or full day)
All engagements are flat-fee, no hourly surprises.
